“Reconsider Design” is heading to the very north: From 19 to 25 February 2018 International Design Center Berlin’s travelling exhibition will be shown at the Arctic Design Week in Rovaniemi, Finland. The exhibition presents 30 excellent Ecodesign projects in four everyday life categories: Learning & Playing, Consuming & Eating, Enabling & Moving as well as Dressing & Wearing. Through the combination of creativity, innovation and environmental responsibility, the selected cases demonstrate how to successfully implement sustainability strategies in products and services. The exhibition is accompanied by a series of events on the subject of Ecodesign and Circular Economy.
The Roadshow is part of the EU project “EcoDesign Circle – Ecodesign as a Driver of Innovation in the Baltic Sea Region” supported by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region (BSR) Programme 2014-2020. The exhibition has previously been shown in Poland during the Gdynia Design Days 2017, and at the German Environment Agency in Dessau.
