Eleven Berlin-based fashion designers present their spring/summer 2018 collections during Fashion Week, in collaboration with the Austrian Fashion Association and Mode Suisse.
From September 29 till October 3, Berlin Showroom showcases 11 Berlin based fashion designers, all presenting their Spring/Summer 2018 collections during Paris Fashion Week. For the first time, Berlin Showroom will cooperate with the Austrian Fashion Association and Switzerland's own, Mode Suisse, to present 25 brands under DACH Showroom.
Agnes Nordenholz, Hänska, Hien Le, Last Heirs, Penelope's Sphere, Projekt Samsen, Quite Quiet, Schmidttakahashi, Starstyling, Tata Christiane and Vladimir Karaleev are part of the carefully curated group. The portfolio ranges from promising young talents to well-established designers. They will be located in the very heart of Paris, within the exclusive Robert Dodd Showroom setting.
Since 2013 Berlin Showroom has presented, twice yearly, the best of Berlin fashion to international buyers and press, providing a unique opportunity for groundbreaking and cutting-edge designers to promote themselves internationally.
Berlin Showroom was initiated by Projekt Zukunft / Berlin’s Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises. It is largely financed by the programme Opening up New Markets in ‘Programm für Internationalisierung / Foreign Trade Programme’ and the EFRE fund. The joint presentation is realized by IDZ Designpartner Berlin GmbH in cooperation with Arne Eberle press+sales and the regional initiative Projekt Zukunft.
