“Berlin Poland” Network Projects
Production Visit and Workshop
From 10 to 11 July, the International Design Centre Berlin (IDZ) invites Berlin fashion labels, fashion designers and full service production agencies to an in-depth workshop and visits to textile manufacturers in the Gorzów Wielkopolski region in Poland. The programme, part of the network project “Berlin Poland”, promises interesting insights into selected production sites and exciting B2B discussions.
The “Berlin Poland“ network projects, organized by IDZ, aim to unite the potential of the creative metropolis of Berlin with the dynamic Polish economy. The current project focuses on the fashion and textile industry. It is intended to open up new production possibilities and increase capacities for the Berlin fashion industry and support Berlin fashion companies in establishing and maintaining cross-border cooperation.
The project series in the field of product design has been bringing together Berlin design companies and potential Polish clients since its launch in 2011. In 2016 the activities were extended to the fashion sector. Over 700 companies from both countries have already networked through the projects.
“Berlin Poland” is a project of the International Design Centre Berlin. As a design platform and corporate network, the IDZ has been conceiving and realizing projects and events on a national and international level for over 50 years.
